What this service is
Carbikly is software for the people who work out what a UK company car costs. We are the vendor: you buy the subscription from Ellul Solutions Ltd directly, and there is no third party between us. We introduce you to nobody, we sell your details to nobody, and we take no commission from anyone for sending you anywhere. The free worksheets on this site, and the paid workspace that keeps the cars, the drivers and the figures you save, are the whole of the service. It is not a tax adviser, a payroll, a lease broker, a dealer or a filing service, it files nothing with HMRC, and it does not tell you which car to take. We aim to keep the service available at all times and to keep your data recoverable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
How we are paid
You pay us, and that is the whole of how this business is funded: a monthly subscription to Carbikly Pro, sold to businesses by Ellul Solutions Ltd, which is the legal entity you contract with and the name that appears on your card statement and your receipt. Nothing on this site is an advertisement we are paid for, and no figure or recommendation here is influenced by a commission, because there is none. Price, renewal date and cancellation route are shown before you pay and stated again in your account.
The free worksheets
The free worksheets on this site are provided as working tools for the drivers, directors and fleet managers of UK company cars. Their output is arithmetic on the figures you enter, at the rates and percentages published by HMRC on the dates cited. They do not replace the P11D your employer files, a figure checked against your own circumstances, advice from an accountant or tax adviser, or your own judgement about the car.
No warranty
The worksheets are provided as they are, without warranty. We do not warrant that a figure produced here matches what HMRC will assess, that a rate or a band has not changed since the date cited, or that a worksheet covers your circumstances; that is yours and your adviser's to check, and the arithmetic is only as good as the numbers you put in.
